If anyone has not yet encountered this word “sufganiot” (singular “sufganiyah”)…Wiki states:
“Sufganiyah is a round jelly doughnut eaten around the world during the Jewish festival of Hanukkah. The doughnut is deep-fried, injected with jam or custard, and then topped with powdered sugar.”
Now that we are all on the same page, let me temper your salivations when viewing these alluring morsels by offering a sobering warning.
