The archeological area of Sebastia was designated as Area C under the Oslo 1993 Accords. Area C means under full Israeli control, both military and civilian. The Arabs have flaunted the Oslo agreement so blatantly and continuously that discussion in Israel focuses on whether Israel should reciprocate and declare the accords null and void as the Arabs have effectively done long ago with the brazen assistance of the UN.
Most of the photos show "Palestinian" flags on the row of freestanding columns on the archeological site.
The second to last photo shows historic columns on the site access roadside, indicating that the actual archeological site might be much larger than the observed site.
The last photo shows a huge "Palestinian" flag at the edge of the site, after it was raised by Israeli soldiers!
