Rav Shachter at Ohr Shalom 2016

Ohr Shalom was honored to host Rav Hershel Shachter for the induction of the Three Weeks. The world-renkowned Talmid Chacham spoke in English for over an hour before mincha of 17th Tammuz, and then again in Ivrit for the period between Mincha and Maariv.
