Completing Biblical Scroll

It is an occasion of joy to bring a new Torah scroll or a scroll from the prophets or writings into its home in the synagogue for the first time.
These scenes are from the occasion of the induction of books of the prophets. Congregants are given the opportunity and honor of writing a concluding letter of the parchment scroll and so have a meaningful part of that scroll.
